Build Systems

• Copyright: Updated copyright date. 
• Install: Added SharePointUpload solution and put a link to the exe in the NavView solution folder. This application builds all required NavView version (e.g., Anchor Manager, Node Dashboard, FLOWIT) and uploads the UPDATE zip file to the respective Client_Builds folders on SharePoint. It needs to built once and then can be executed as required using the shortcut.
